The purpose of this Request for Tender is to create a panel of qualified education and multimedia providers with the experience to deliver projects for Australian schools and the wider community, including the following:

hard copy and online education resources

commemorative websites on Australian wartime history

mobile phone and tablet applications
Tenderer and their contractors must be available to work at any time in the calendar year, but in particular, for the period from November through to February. This is an important period where final checks are made to education resources before final printing and distribution.
Successful members of the panel will work with DVA’s Commemorations programs team in Canberra. While it is not a requirement for panel members to be based in Canberra, it is essential that they be able to attend meetings in Canberra on an agreed basis.
The panel will be in place for a period of three years ending 30 June 2020, with a possible extension for up to 36 months in total at DVA’s discretion.
