The Agency is seeking to commission suppliers to develop and deliver face to face consumer education programs that are suitable for some or all the consumer cohorts being prioritised (noted above) by the Agency on a national scale. The materials to be used to support this approach will be produced inhouse by the Agency and provided to the successful supplier to further develop and deliver the proposed education program in a suitable, evidenced based format. These materials include but are not limited to:
My Health Record web-based content (web pages, FAQ’s, case study videos, how-to-guides etc.)
Self-help’ content available on the My Health Record website
Tailored communication and messaging for consumers and/or service providers which has been developed in extensive consultation with cohort specific representative stakeholders.
As per Clause 9.3 of the attached RFT Document, Tenderers must satisfy the Conditions for Participation. This is a mandatory requirement of the RFT. Subject to Clause 4.4.4, the Agency will exclude a Tender from further considerations if it considers the Tenderer does not meet the following Conditions for Participation:
(a)That the Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the closing time (see Clause 8.3.3)
The Agency expected to complete this RFT process on or about 15 April 2019, with any resultant contract to remain in place until 30 June 2020
