THE PROVISION OF A COLLABORATION PLATFORM

DFAT has identified a need for greater collaboration capability especially in areas that require broad input, such as national security, global economic developments and international aid policy.
DFAT is looking to leverage technology solutions to transform its processes, increase productivity and innovation, and harness the strength of its local and global communities.
The approach will be to establish a community-based collaboration platform capable of aligning to and scaling up to meet the collaboration needs of the Department. It is intended that the platform will be delivered in stages and will continue to be enhanced as the Department’s collaboration needs evolve.
