Airservices requires assistance building a core EA capability in-house which will focus on Service Planning, Asset Strategy, Strategic Initiatives, Architecture governance and guiding external project EA resources. The core EA team will have expertise spanning the following domains:

Business

Applications
-
Technology
-
Security
-
Operational Technology (Air Traffic, Air Traffic Network and Aeronautical Information Management).
The Contractor will support the core team in the following ways:
- Uplifting the organisation’s (including the team’s) EA capability and maturity in a ‘work alongside’ model by sharing processes, tools, frameworks, IP, experience and best practices.
- Augmenting the EA team’s resources for targeted project activities. Resource augmentation will complement the existing EA Panel arrangements and has the added benefit of potentially eliciting a more cost effective market response.
