The purpose of this activity is for Airservices to select IP-capable Air Traffic Control (ATC) VHF radio equipment, establish a supply contract and establish a repair contract (which may be incorporated into the supply contract).

Last date for submitting Clarification Requests will be 31 August 2018.
The RFT will close 12pm AEDT, Monday 10 September 2018.

The following are mandatory requirements for participation in this RFT:
- The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth)
- The Tenderer and any subcontractors in the Tenderer's Tender must not be named on the Consolidated List, being the list of persons and entities who are subject to targeted financial sanctons or travel bans under Australian sanction laws, as maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at: http://dfat.gov.au/international-relations/security/sanctions/Pages/consolidated-list.aspx
- The tendered radio equipment must be fundamentally of a type that is fit to enable Airservices to satisfy the standards and recommended practices (SARPs) of ICAO Annex 10 Volume 3 Part 2, to the extent that the SARPs are applicable to the VHF ground installation.
