The ABC is seeking proposals from Respondents for the provision of three low power FM radio broadcast facilities in Papua New Guinea to relay the ABC’s Radio Australia programs. The requirement is to provide FM radio coverage to the Mount Hagen, Goroka and Arawa (Bougainville) areas and the facilities are to be established at locations able to provide appropriate coverage to those areas. The facilities may be established at new “greenfield” transmitter site locations or they may be established at existing transmitter sites, possibly sharing existing infrastructure.
