This project involves selecting a Contractor with specialist knowledge of international maritime conventions and development of domestic legislation. The Contractor, in consultation with AMSA’s Vessel Standards team, will conduct a review of the draft PNG Merchant Shipping Bill 2018 and supporting Regulations to ensure they accurately reflect the requirements of relevant international maritime conventions. The project will also include reviewing PNG’s existing drafting instructions.
