The Australian Army seeks to further enhance training for Electronic Warfare (EW) operators against Signals of Interest (SOI), emitters and radio networks in a field Push-to-Talk (PTT) training environment. The enhancement to training is expected to provide the ability to script and to simulate a broad range of Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) emitters, including Citizen Band (CB), Combat Net Radios (CNR) and other commercial emitters in a field training environment to enable Army EW operators to identify and direction find such emitters.
