Online Survey Tool

The Department requires an Online Survey Tool to develop and implement a range of surveys, ranging from simple surveys involving a small number of multiple choice questions to long and complex surveys with a mix of question types. Surveys may be distributed to Departmental staff or the wider Australian population.
The Survey Tool will be used by users including those with no expertise or experience in developing surveys, as well as expert survey researchers. The Survey Tool must be simple and intuitive and still provide all required functionality including a range of analytical functions to assess the data and generate reports.
The Department of Jobs and Small Business takes the security of information provided by survey respondents very seriously and requires that the Online Survey Tool meets the Australian Government’s security and privacy requirements.
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at Closing Time
On contract signing for two years, with option to extend for one year.
