Description:

The primary objective of the Plan is to engage an appropriate supplier to provide services for the provision of support for young people experiencing concerns arising from their online environment via an online helpline. The Supplier will provide counselling services via telephone, email and online for the hours specified in Attachment A to the ATM.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenders must be received on Austender by the due time and date specified in the ATM.

Timeframe for Delivery:

From 1 May 2017 for three years plus extension oprtions at te discretion of the Commonwealth.
