The provision of Health Support Services for Papua New Guinea – Australian Police Partnership
To engage one Service Provider who will provide the Health Support Services for Papua New Guinea – Australian Police Partnership
The AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that, at the time of lodgement of the Tender, the tenderer:
(a) does not exist as a legal entity (see clause 2.3);
(b) is not solvent or financially viable; or
(c) does not hold an Authorisation necessary for it to be able to perform the Services tendered for in accordance with applicable laws.
The AFP will not enter into a contract with Service Providers who have had a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim.
The AFP will reject any Tender which:
(a) does not propose to contract with the AFP as one separate legal entity;
(b) is submitted on the basis that two or more organisations will be jointly and severally liable; or
is from a legal entity that does not exist at the time of lodgement of the Tender.
