The Road Transport Deed of Standing Offer covers the movement by road or combination of road and rail (at the contractor's discretion) of equipment and/or cargo for operational, training or testing movements. This Standing Offer is open to all Commonwealth Departments. The Panel operates for a period of 3 years (till 30 May 2012) with two possible 1 year extensions.
