Title:

Indigenous Property Project Management (IPPM) Services Panel

Description:

The Indigenous Property Project Management (IPPM) Services Panel has been established for Property Project Management services including management of the project deliverables and provision of management of subcontractors and goods required to deliver the Services.

Scope of services include, but are not limited to:

Fit out/relocation of offices;
Design, procurement and installation of workstations;
Procurement of and install loose furniture;
Provision of data cabling services;
Provision of electrical and mechanical services;
Procurement and installation of plant and equipment, including, but not limited to supplementary air conditioning units;
Major re-fit out of complete floors and buildings; and
Capital refurbishment.

A mandatory Condition of Participation for suppliers on the IPPM Services Panel will be to provide evidence of Indigenous Business ownership of 50% or greater.

The IPPM Services Panel through multi-agency access provisions allows for other Commonwealth entities to access the panel for similar services.

The IPPM Services Panel has refresh provisions whereby at the sole discretion of the ATO, Deed refresh activities may occur, including periodical formal/non-formal action to add or remove Suppliers from the Deed and/or vary the scope of the Deed.
