AOR Training - Sustainment Contract
The Services required are to assist the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) to support and deliver the Sustainment training, post Introduction Into Service (IIS), of the new Auxiliary Oiler Replenishment (AOR) vessels NUSHIP Supply and Stalwart as part of Project Sea 1654 Phase 3.
The sustainment training is scheduled to commence in late June 2021, and will incorporate the ability to provide common cross platform training to other classes of ship. The initial period of the contract is for two years with two one year extensions to be used at the Commonwealth's discretion.
NOTE: Prospective respondents are to note the Supporting Data (referred to in clause 2.17 of the Conditions of Tender) is confidential and not attached. To obtain the Supporting Data, prospective tenderers must submit to the Contact Officer via email their executed Deed of Confidentiality (in the form at Appendix 1 to Part 1).
Following receipt of the fully completed and executed Deed of Confidentiality, the Contact Officer will arrange access to the Supporting Data for the addressee nominated by the prospective tenderer at paragraph 15.1(b) of their executed Deed.
Industry Briefing: There will be no live face to face or virtual industry briefing for this activity however a slide pack in PowerPoint format is included as part of the RFT for information only. All questions regarding this RFT are to be lodged in accordance with clause 2.3 of the Conditions of Tender.
The tenderer must comply with the following clauses of the Conditions of Tender:
• 1.9 Statement of Tax Record;
• 2.4 Preparation and Transmission of Classified Tenders; and
• 2.5 Defence Security Requirement.
