Description:

Airservices is seeking to engage an organisation (the Contractor) to establish and provide Enterprise Resource Planning Application Managed Services (ERP-AMS).

Conditions for Participation:

The following are conditions for participation for this RFT:

(a) The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the RFT must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).

(b) The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the RFT must not be be named on the Consolidated List, being the list of persons and entities who are subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans under Australia sanction laws, as maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
