This approach to market is to identify up to two media buying agencies to secure international media for global marketing campaigns promoting a range of Australian goods & services.
The media agency will have proven capability and expertise in international media and providing strategic media recommendations to briefs in a data-driven and audience-first way across small and large budget ranges across multiple international markets. They will demonstrate their experience in working with their own global network to implement media strategies for other global brands and clients. They will also be highly performance focused and bring their expertise in reporting and in providing insights to an audience’s performance behaviour and provide optimisation recommendations in real time (or as close to). The agency will also have experience in trade and investment and industry expertise in some or all of the following sectors: international education, agriculture or agribusiness, technology or fintech.
The Customer will exclude a Response from further consideration if at any time before a Deed of Standing Offer is executed the Potential Supplier does not provide:
a) a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time, or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time; and
b) for any Subcontractor that the Potential Supplier proposes to engage to deliver Goods or Services, a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for that Subcontractor.
The arrangement is expected to commence in early November with an initial contract term of 3 years with 2 x 1 year options to extend.
