The Lead Customer is proposing to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement to cover the provision of scheduled and reactive maintenance and repair services for buildings and infrastructure, including the Reef HQ Great Barrier Reef Aquarium (the Aquarium) based in Townsville, North Queensland.

It is located in a highly corrosive and hot environment with a very high UV index, adjacent to the Ross Creek in Townsville, Queensland. It also houses approximately 4 million litres of sea water in large aquarium tanks which significantly increases the degradation of materials.
