Description:

This Request for Information (RFI) has been prepared and released by Services Australia (the Agency) for the sole purpose of obtaining information in connection to Device Lifecycle Management Service or, as it is referred to herein, the Device as a Service (DaaS) Project.

The Agency is seeking to gather information regarding vendor capabilities in several aspects of IT outsourcing in Australia as it relates to the management of fleets of End User Computing (EUC) devices.

The Agency's objective is to gather information about solutions for the end-to-end lifecycle management of EUC devices, peripherals and associated servces that may involve the full managed service, or parts thereof.
