Upgrade of the Electrical and Communications Supply for the Australian National Botanic Gardens (ANBG)

The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).

Timeframe for Delivery:

(a) A deed or contract for the Supplies substantially in the form of the Draft Agreement is expected to commence on 27 April 2022 and conclude in or about September 2022 with an option for the Director to extend for a further 6 Months if delays occur.
