National Vertical Lift Maintenance

Airservices wishes to form a relationship with an experienced and qualified Supplier to provide vertical lift maintenance.
In total, Airservices requires maintenance of 14 passenger lifts and 3 goods lifts across its sites in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Cairns, Perth and Adelaide.
Airservices encourages the use of local subcontractors where possible to provide the services. Particularly, engaging with indigenous suppliers or subcontractors to perform the Services is of importance to Airservices and supports the Airservices Indigenous Procurement Policy.
The Supplier will have the ability to influence future maintenance outcomes through provision of a maintenance plan. Airservices is also seeking to understand full comprehensive offers from the market (fixed fee inclusive of all maintenance activities). Unscheduled maintenance data is attached to this RFQ for reference.
This procurement will be conducted using Airservices' SAP Ariba system. In order to participate in this RFQ, please submit the below details by email to the Contact Address listed on the RFQ:

Once Airservices has received these details, you will be invited to register with Airservices Ariba Supplier Network platform within one (1) – three (3) business days.
You must complete the Supplier Registration Questionnaire prior to the RFQ Closing Time.
If you have an existing account within the Ariba Supplier network, you may choose to use your existing account instead of signing-up for a new account. You must submit your Proposal through your Ariba Supplier Network account. Please note that participating in this procurement process through the Ariba network is free of cost.
