NCIS-8A Building and Maritime Works, HMAS Cairns and adjacent sites, Queensland - Managing Contractor (MCC-1 2003)
The Works include the following:
· demolition of existing facilities;
· demolition of the existing Navy wharf and construction of a new wharf;
· construction of new operational support facilities including an office accommodation building and hardstand storage facilities;
· upgrades and refurbishment of existing logistics and maintenance facilities; and
· upgrades to services and in-ground infrastructure.
to support the Introduction Into Service (IIS) of the Arafura Class Offshore Patrol Vessel’s (ACOPV) operational and support capabilities.
Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement
The Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement is available by emailing the Contact Officer.
On receipt of the Confidentiality Agreement the Tenderers are required to complete, duly execute and return the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement by return email to the Contact Officer.

WHS Accreditation Scheme

The Works described in the Tender Documents are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).
