Description:

Project SEA1350 Phase 2 is seeking to acquire and install an Overrun Magnetic Treatment Facility (MTF) capability, as well as the associated support systems required to sustain the capability until 2045. Specifically, the Commonwealth is seeking to acquire an MTF solution that can deliver magnetic treatment to all current and future surface combatants and submarines.

Other Instructions:

For the purposes of this RFT, tenderers need only submit one complete response. However, where there are differences in key technical, schedule or financial information within the solutions for the Threshold and the Objective sizes and materials these differences must be easily distinguishable.

To respond to this RFT, tenderers may require access to a Data Pack which includes additional information. Prior to being provided with access to this information, tenderers are required to execute a non-disclosure agreement in accordance with clause 2.1 of the Conditions of Tender.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers need to comply with clause 1.8 – Statement of Tax Record of the Conditions of Tender (COT). Tenderers need to also comply with the security requirements stipulated within clauses 2.5 and 2.6 of the COT, otherwise they may be excluded from further consideration.
