Hi All,
RBA would like to extend the submission time and date of signed Non-Disclosure Deed (NDD) till 2PM EAST 16th June 2021. I have attached updated Introduction document with changes in track so that you may see what has been changed.
Please note that RBA cannot accept any changes in the NDD document as it is RBA’s confidential information. If you are interested to participate in this process then kindly send the unchanged signed version of NDD to IDAMTender@rba.gov.au before 2PM 16th June 2021 otherwise we will not be able to consider you further in the process.
For Australian companies the signatories as per section 127(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) are:
• Either 2 directors or 1 director and secretary should sign the document in case the company has two or more directors
Or
• Sole director or sole company secretary should sign it in case company has sole director and sole secretary
For Australian companies any NDD not signed as per section 127(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) will not be accepted.
For non-Australian companies, kindly send the following documents with the signed companies:
• Document proving the existence of the company
• Authority of the signatory to sign the NDD
Even if you have uploaded the NDD via AusTender already, kindly send the signed NDD document to IDAMTender@rba.gov.au as it will help us expedite the signing process.
Please note that email address for further communication has also been changed to IDAMTender@rba.gov.au.

Tender will be released to the parties which will sign Non-Disclosure Deed (NDD) with Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA).
It will be released in stage 2 documents
