The ACCC is seeking to establish a panel arrangement for the provision of legal document management services, primarily the processing of electronic and hard copy documents into a compatible format for import into the ACCC’s on-premises Nuix Discover system.
Each supplier on the panel will be asked to comply with a statement of requirement, which sets out the format in which both electronic material and hard copy documents are to be processed.
