Building certifier and/or access consultancy services
The Australian War Memorial (‘the Memorial’) is issuing this RFT to identify the Tenderer or Tenderers best qualified for the provision of independent Building Certification and/or Access Consultancy services (‘Requirement’).
In summary, the Memorial is seeking the provision of Building Certification and/or Access Consultancy services for the Australian War Memorial Redevelopment Project (the Project) across the following packages of work:
(a) Anzac Hall and Atrium;
(b) New Southern Entrance;
(c) Bean Building Extension and Bean Research Centre;
(d) Main Building Refurbishment.

There are no Conditions for Participation for the procurement.
The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer or successful Tenderers, as the case requires, will be eight (8) years.
