Provision of a Primary Systems Integrator to Trial an Integrated Drone Surveillance System
In order for Airservices Australia to maintain its legal obligation to maintain safety for its airspace users, we seek to conduct the Integrated Drone Surveillance System trial activity to investigate how to detect and safely manage drones around an aerodrome environment.
The purpose of this RFP is for Airservices to:
(a) Select a preferred Primary Systems Integrator (supplier) for the trial; and
(b) Provide a catalyst for comprehensive drone detection solutions that meet the objective of maintaining safety around critical sites, such as airports.
