The ATO requires the services of a third-party Customer Experience Management (CXM) tool to provide multiple business teams with the capability to:
undertake surveys to capture the customer experience of the ATO’s products and services.
intercept users on digital platforms and provide surveys to these users.
The solution must provide a sophisticated, robust survey tool, which allows for mixed methodology approaches to research and data collection, a user friendly interface and customised reporting options to support the variety of evolving research and information needs across the organisation into the future. The solution must be fully customisable, web responsive and accessible to all users and have the capability to be easily integrated within existing system architectures.
