Collection Management Solution for the Australian War Memorial
The Australian War Memorial is issuing this RFT to identify the Tenderer or Tenderers best qualified for the provision of a Collection Management Solution (CMS) including Collection Management and Digital Asset Management applications for the Australian War Memorial.
In summary, the Memorial is seeking the provision of two related applications: collection management and digital asset management. Tenderers may propose solutions for either or both applications and preference will be given to systems that comply with the Collections Trust Spectrum collection management standard.
Further details of the Requirement are set out in Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirement).
Tenderers must offer to provide the entire Requirement for either:
(a) collection management; or
(b) digital asset management; or
(c) both applications,
as specified in this RFT. No Tenders for only part of either category of service will be accepted.
The tender pack attached to this approach to market includes a response file for Tenderers to complete and lodge as their Tender.
The Tenderer must confirm that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 11 (About the Memorial) in Part 1–About this RFT of this RFT.
The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer or successful Tenderers, as the case requires, will be three (3) years with the Memorial having the option to extend any contractual arrangement that results from this RFT for further additional periods up to a maximum of two (2) years to a total term of no more than five (5) years.
The Memorial anticipates that any contractual arrangement resulting from this RFT will commence December 2019.
