ABC is seeking to improve the management, and segmented delivery of on-platform promotional/campaign banner and video display. To achieve this, ABC is seeking to engage a vendor to provide a promotional display and video asset management and delivery system that is compatible with ABC’s first party data and user consent frameworks.
