Description:

The Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) invites submissions from potential suppliers (Respondents) for the implementation of the Australia Pacific Security College (Requirements), in accordance with this REOI.

This REOI is the first stage of a two stage tendering process. DFAT will shortlist Respondents from this REOI process who will be invited to submit a tender in the second stage, the Request for Tender (RFT). A failure to respond to this REOI will result in a potential supplier not being eligible to participate in any subsequent RFT process.

Conditions for Participation:

The mandatory Conditions for Participation are:
a. the Respondent is submitting a Response as a single legal entity and agrees it will respond as this single legal entity (if invited to submit a bid in Stage 2 – the RFT process).

Timeframe for Delivery:

The contract is expected to begin in January 2019 for a period of 3 years.
