The service provider will be required to provide an electronic facility for the receipt of payment information and to send the payment status of refunds to the Department of Home Affairs (the Department). The facility will need to be available to receive payment information 24 hours each day, seven days a week. The facility will be required to comply with all standards and security requirements set down by the Department.
Upon receipt of payment information, the service provider will be required to perform the following services:
• Payment Services
• Funding Request Services
• Data Transfer Services
• Reporting Services
• Responding to queries from the Department
• IT Support Services
• Client Self-service, payment status Portal
• Ad-hoc payment amendments as required
This contract is for 3 years with a 2 year extension
The Tenderer must be compliant with all paragraphs of the RFT and all clauses of the Draft Contract, except as specified in the Compliance Statement that forms part of its Tender to the RFT.
