Remote Site HVAC Maintenance
Airservices is seeking a Contractor for the provision of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance services at remote Airservices sites.
A high level scope of work includes the following:
- Perform air conditioning maintenance in accordance with the supplied asset list and Airservices documentation;
- Notify Airservices point of contact of any faults requiring repair;
- Liaise with Airservices point of contact to ensure that equipment is safely removed and returned to service; and
- Comply with all COVID-19 distancing and hygiene guidelines.
The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tenderer's Tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
The Tenderer and any subcontractors in the Tenderer's Tender must not be named on the Consolidated List, being the list of persons and entities who are subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans under Australia sanction laws, as maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at http://dfat.gov.au/international-relations/security/sanctions/Pages/consolidated-list.aspx
