Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for the provision of Facilities Management, Health and Regional Processing Services in the Republic of Nauru. The Services will be held in a contingent state to ensure key infrastructure is maintained to an agreed standard and state of readiness, ready for short notice mobilisation as required. Additional Service delivery capability will be held on retainer, capable of mobilisation to ensure operational readiness at short notice in the event of new Transferee arrivals in Nauru as required.
The Services are divided into two (2) Service Categories:
Service Category 1 - Facilities Management and New Arrivals Services, which will include (but not limited to) the provision of facilities management and maintenance, environmental management, security, cleaning, logistics and business services, as well as the provision of Transferee-related support services in the event of new Transferee arrivals (such as reception and induction, catering and other support services as required).
Service Category 2 - Health Services, which will include (but not limited to) the provision of medical equipment maintenance and business services, as well as the provision of Transferee-related health services in the event of new Transferee arrivals (such as health screening, primary healthcare, healthcare management, mental healthcare and specialist health services as required).

Respondents are required to execute the Deed of Confidentiality, and return it to the Contact Officer, prior to being provided access to the suite of REOI documentation.
An optional virtual industry briefing will be held during the REOI response period.
