Campbell High School Carpark - Construction Contract
The Australian War Memorial (‘the Memorial’) is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) to identify the Tenderer that offers the best value for money response to construct the Campbell High School Carpark. The carpark will create 89 carpark spaces for the Main Works construction workforce during the Memorial’s Development Project. The Project is referred to as the Campbell High School Carpark.
Tenderers should note that the reference to AWM000609 is to be taken as referring to this RFT number AWM000510.
In agreement with and on behalf of the ACT Education Directorate, the Memorial is undertaking the construction of a permanent surface level carpark located to the north-east of the Campbell High School site, adjacent to the Memorial. The carpark will create 89 carpark spaces, to be temporarily leased to the Memorial for a three year period. During this period, the carpark will be utilised by the Main Works construction workforce, before being returned to Campbell High School as a permanent asset.

An industry briefing will be conducted at 1.00pm on Thursday 22 April. Full details of how to register to attend are specified in clause 7 of the RFT.
There are no Conditions for Participation.
The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer will be two years.
