Analyse active and potential threats to island ecosystems in the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area (Phase 1) in order to develop options for management intervention action (Phase 2). Refer to Statement of Requirement in the attached documentation for ATM000057 for further details.
This Request for Tender/Open Tender is for Phase 1 which is for island threat assessments. Phase 2 will deliver detailed design and implementation of priority on-ground interventions, and initiate a long term maintenance and monitoring program as required, with a separate Request for Tender run in due course mainly informed by the findings and outcomes of Phase 1.
