The Commonwealth of Australia will conduct an initial screening process of the responses for compliance with the minimum content and format requirements.
Responses will then be evaluated against the following criteria: Locality & Amenity 25%, Technical Specification & Floor Plate 50%, Ownership Management & Occupation 7.5%, Lease Terms 17.5%, with the following unweighted: Financial Considerations, Risk and Broader Benefits to the Australian Economy.
A response lodged after the closing time will not be considered. It is the respondent's responsibility to ensure that their response is received in accordance with the conditions of this document.
