Procurement of Security Maintenance Services
Canberra
The Department of Finance is seeking to engage an innovative, solutions focused Supplier for the provision of comprehensive Security Maintenance Services at three Canberra based sites using the following systems:
• Gallagher Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS)
• CiC Key Management System
• Avigilon Closed-Circuit Television Systems (CCTV)
The successful Supplier must be accredited as a Gallagher Channel Partner and only suppliers who can demonstrate accreditation (or the ability to obtain accreditation prior to the commencement of an executed Contract) will be evaluated for this tender, in accordance with Conditions of Participation at Item A.A.1.
The successful Supplier will be able to anticipate effective improvements to systems and will work collaboratively to ensure value is consistently delivered throughout the Contract.

Subject to internal approval, the anticipated contract commencement will be on or around 8 January 2024.
This service will include a maintenance contract for an initial three-year period, with two one-year options to be exercised at Finance's sole discretion upon written notice to the Supplier Representative.
