Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) open market tender to shortlist preferred suppliers and subsequently conduct a Request for Proposal (RFP) limited tender to finalize a preferred supplier panel arrangement with commercial term- 2+1 years.

a. the Respondent must exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time;
b. response is received prior to the closing time ;
