The Murray-Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) will conduct this procurement process in two stages: Stage 1:involves the release of this REOI. Respondents will be evaluated on their response to the Conditions for Participation, Minimum Content and Format Requirements contained in Part 2 and based on the Evaluation Criteria contained in Part 3 and; Stage 2:involves the release of a prequalified Approach to Market (ATM) to the preferred EOI respondent. The evaluation will include: i. Method to achieve the Statement of Requirements ii. Expertise and Experience of nominated personnel iii. Price and value for money. The MDBA confirms that a single preferred tenderer will progress to Stage 2.

The MDBA is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably experienced and skilled respondents for the provision of services to undertake expenditure, prudency and efficiency assessments of major surface and ground water management infrastructure and environmental and research programs (the Joint Program and Sub-Programs).
