Approach to market for Mint Cafe service provider

The RAM’s key objective is to establish a licensing arrangement with a qualified catering vendor that is a proven expert in providing efficient, convenient and pleasant cafe experiences. The aim is to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction of a visit to the RAM, along with providing a quality range of food services for RAM staff.
Interested vendors will be invited to attend an industry site visit which will be held on: Monday 20 May 2024 in the Main Foyer Royal Australian Mint Denison Street in Deakin, from 09:00 am until 04:00 pm. This will provide interested vendors with an opportunity to view all the areas (kitchen, serving, seating) constituting the café.
Please send an e-mail to to advise the Mint on the preferred visit time (e.g. 09:00 am or 1:30 pm) and their attendees, noting that a maximum of two people per interested vendor may attend.
