GA2020/3625 - GNSS Infrastructure Works and Maintenance

Geoscience Australia, through the Positioning Australia Program, is looking to establish a Standing Offer [Panel] for the delivery of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) reference station civil infrastructure.
Geoscience Australia will exclude a Response from further consideration if at any time before a Deed of Standing Offer is executed the Potential Contractor does not provide:
a) a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time, or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time; and
b) for any Subcontractor that the Potential Contractor proposes to engage to deliver Goods or Services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive), a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for that Subcontractor. In any case, Geoscience Australia will exclude a Response from further consideration unless the Contractor has provided all required Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the Closing Time and before the award of any contract, whichever is earlier, refer https://www.ato.gov.au/Business/Bus/Statement-of-tax-record/ for more information refer to Section D.A.6 for detail on this condition.
Geoscience Australia will also exclude from participation any Potential Contractor that does not demonstrate compliance with:
c) their ability to meet WHS performance standards in the delivery of the services, and demonstrate a positive WHS work record in meeting their obligations as provided under the WHS Act
d) the Indigenous Procurement policy
e) evidence of valid licences pertaining to the proposed works and valid in the state in which the Contractor is proposing to undertake the works.
