Tennis Court Upgrade at Australian Parliament House

The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is looking to engage a suitably qualified, resourced, and experienced Supplier to upgrade tennis courts at Australian Parliament House.
The tennis courts are at end of life and in poor condition requiring a new subbase and court surface upgrade. The courts are a synthetic surface sitting on a clay subbase. The courts consist of two full size synthetic tennis courts located in the southeast section of the Parliamentary precinct.
The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:
• The Supplier and any subcontractors proposed must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
• Respondents must acknowledge and agree to contract as a single legal entity.
• Potential Suppliers who do not attend the Site Visit, detailed in the ATM, will be excluded from consideration.
