To assist the Commonwealth of Australia (Commonwealth), represented by the Department of Defence, in considering the potential delivery of EST0400PH2/3-2 – Armoured Fighting Vehicles Facilities Program (AFVFP) – Stage 2, the Commonwealth invites participation in a market sounding process in accordance with the attached market sounding form from persons or entities interested in participating in the planning and delivery of the Project (Respondent).
