AMSA is undertaking an REOI to identify suitably qualified service provider/s that may be interested in participating in a further RFT phase that can provide integration capability and associated services to meet AMSA’s current and future integration requirements. AMSA requires integration services across its applications, systems, services and data, including internal and external integrations, such as with domestic and international industry, other regulators, and other government agencies (as AMSA’s Integration Capability).
AMSA intends to provide an optional industry briefing in relation to the REOI process, and the Requirements for the AMSA Integration Capability to assist Respondents to understand AMSA’s Requirements. Individual briefings will not be provided.
The Contact Officer will confirm the details of the industry briefing by issuing a notice on AusTender
1.1.1 AMSA will exclude a Response from further consideration if at any time during the procurement process AMSA considers that a Respondent does not meet any one or more of the following Conditions for Participation:
a. the Respondent must not be subject to any bankruptcy proceedings;
b. the Respondent must not be insolvent; or
c. the Respondent must not be subject to any legal proceedings that may have an adverse impact on its ability to perform the Services.
Not Applicable - Delivery time will be determined should AMSA progress past the REOI stage.
