The Project will provide approx. 286 workpoints (desks) with the supporting elements of meeting rooms, conference rooms, collaboration areas, Zone 5 special facilities, utility and store rooms.
These works could involve refurbishment or replacement of internal linings, finishes, and provide engineered services (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, lighting) ICT, and Security measures as needed to achieve required compliances with building and service codes. Upgrades or amendment to studwork and ceiling framing is expected in the open office accommodation areas.
