Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites responses to this invatation to Tender for the provision of National Residential and Development Valuation Services across Australia.

The Tenderer and any sub-contractors proposed in the Tender must not be named as uncompliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2021 (Cth).
The Tenderer must ensure all Specified Personal who are to undertake valuations have the following qualifications:
i) Individual Valuations:
A) current Associate CPV membership of the Australian Property Institute (in the relevant State or Territory) for a period of no less than two (2) years; and
B) have not less than two (2) years' experience in the State or Territory in which property is located; and
C) be registered to practice as a valuer of residential property in the relevent State or Territory where to property is located.
ii) Bulk Acquisition Valuations:
A) Personel must be a current Associate CPV member of the Australian Property Institute (in the relevant State ot Territory) for a period of no less than five (5) years;
B) have not less than five (5) years' experience in the State or Territory in which the property is located;
C) be registered to practice as a valuer of residential property in the relevant State or Territory where the property is located; and
D) have demonstrated experience completing this type of valuation recognised by banking institutions.
DHA anticipates contract execution to occur in the first couple of weeks in May 2024.
