As part of the Australian Taxation Office’s IT Strategic Sourcing Program, the ATO is approaching the market for technology Services via a Request for Tender (RFT) SPC-7667 Midrange and Data Centre Services (MIDC). The RFT will have a 10-week open period.

i.        Separable Portion 1- Midrange and Data Centre Services as a whole. (This includes Midrange and Storage Platforms + DCNM + DCSS) or;

ii.        Separable Portion 2 – Data Centre Support Services (DCSS); and / or

iii.        Separable Portion 3 – Data Centre Network Manager (DCNM).

Tenderers can respond to the whole tender or Data Centre Network Manager (only) or Data Centre Support Services (only); or Data Centre Network Manager and Data Centre Support Services together.

Data Centre Support Services provide onsite technical support services at the ATO Data Centres, including secure access to the facilities as well as rack and stack capabilities.

This separable portion of the RFT is concerned with the delivery of high-quality support services, consistently across the ATO Data Centres, employing contemporary tooling and processes, and retaining appropriately skilled and experienced staff who will work in close cooperation with the ATO’s Data Centre Management team.
