- Services Australia (the Agency) is issuing this RFT to identify a source or sources of supply of an off the shelf web-based learning support tool (Online Learning Content Library).
- The Agency is seeking to provide its staff with access to an Online Learning Content Library that provides a broad catalogue of practical resources to address immediate learning needs, while concurrently supporting them in their career progression. The Agency will use resources provided by the tool to supplement internally developed learning programs, products and pathways. Further details of the Requirement are set out in Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirement).
