The requirement includes the provision of the following categories of Goods and Services to any location requested by the Department, including as a minimum all Australian Ports visited by Supported Vessels and ABF Marine Logistics Facilities (which are located in Darwin, Cairns and Fremantle):

• Port Services, including the provision of a range of services required by Supported Vessels at any Port or location (e.g. pilotage, berthage, anchorage, power, water, waste collection, and cleaning);

• Fuel Products and Fuel Management Services, including the provision of a range of fuels, oils, lubricants and additives required by Supported Vessels;

• Victuals, including the provision of a range of perishable and non-perishable food items used by Supported Vessels; 

• General Items, including the provision of a range of products, equipment and chemicals used by Supported Vessels; and

• Management and Administration Services, including governance and planning requirements.

Proposed contract term is four (4) years with extension options of up to five (5) years in the aggregate.

:

1. The Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time.

2. The Tenderer must either:

a. hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record relevant to its entity type by the Closing Time (see https://www.ato.gov.au/business/bus/statement-of-tax-record/ for further information); or

b. have a receipt demonstrating that all Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type have been requested from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) by the Closing Time, and hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record no later than four (4) Business Days from the Closing Time.

3. The Tenderer must hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any First Tier Subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its response, to engage to deliver goods and/or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive).
