The Commission requires a supplier to conduct consultations with young people from different backgrounds across Australia on racism and anti-racism. The supplier will collate and produce the findings in an outcomes report for the purposes of designing a youth program, including the program's objectives, methods of engagement and target audience. The youth program is intended to launch in the 2024/2025 financial year.
